The bar with a provocative name of “Zov Ilyicha” (“Ilyich’s or Lenin’s call”), child of Roman Trakhtenberg, is a place of tourist attraction, and of those ones who feel nostalgic about the Soviet past. You can also meet here the comrades of the party “The communists of St. Petersburg and Leningrad area”. Last year the bar was attacked by strangers, who drew the swastika sign and wrote “Murderer”, “Obscurant”. It looks like people take a leader of the world proletariat differently: some old people like to remember how good the life was at the time of Soviet regime, while the young people either don’t know about Lenin at all or dislike him.
