Here on this place there was the first Peter the Great Winter Palace situated. As you’re passing Palace (Dvortsovaya) embankment, you can notice that just by the sign of the museum. But along Zimniaya Kanavka embankment, on the right course, there’re the old building elements left. It’s different by the floors level, by the decoration, there’re even old bricks partly showed. It’s also worth having a look from inside.
