At the entrance of a restaurant in Ioanovskii ravelin of Petropavlovskaya fortress stand a nice chap. He’s drunk and enchained himself to the tree. He must have come by cart, which stands nearby. He has sold the horses for alcohol and stands in shackles, but he’ll never drop a mug of home brew.

Address: Petropavlovskaya fortress.

How to reach: from Gorkovskaya metro station 7 min on foot .
