For a long time unusual and well done characters at the café’s and shop’s windows (at first there also was a shop) attracted the attention of children walking around. The author is painter and jack of all trades, a very creative person – the resident of Vasilievsky island Oleg Tikhomirov.
His works can be found in many places. I recommend to go to the Fire & Technical Exhibition named after B. I. Konchaev on Vasilievsky island.
Also Oleg is currently engaged in a project for The Ministry of Emergency Situations. His works are carried out near Peter and Paul and soon we’ll see them.
