They were also known as Chaliapin’s baths, as Feodor Chaliapin used to visit this place. In soviet time they were Baths # 48. Some years ago the baths were closed for reconstruction, but not finished yet. Now this building is just a reinforced facade behind a blue fence, that’s why we can classify it as a «house-wall».
