A made of concrete woman in a long dress with traces of peeling paint stands in the middle of the yard.

According to local legend, the statue of a girl was carved by a sculptor, who lived nearby and the girl who was the prototype was his wife. Initially, the author depicted a girl naked, but the neighborhood residents didn’t like it, so later on the sculptor "dressed" the girl.
