A very attractive house with neo-Gothic elements (another variant PSEUDO-Gothic). It’s cozy-brick spreading spine-spires clambering shaggy clouds. The house is built in 1903-1905 by a famous architect M.F. Eremeev who decided to revet the guest house with red brick. The balconies are situated downstairs so that it seems dangerous to walk under them.

Address: 46, Line 5 of Vasilievskii Island .

How to reach: from Vasileostrovskaya metro station on foot.
